SRC Sports Shorts are designed for all women and can be worn at any age whether you have had a baby or not. The design aims to improve pelvic stability and general mobility.
Use SRC Sports Shorts for general support during your busy day and when engaging in activities such as walking, jogging, pilates, weight routines, cycling, tennis etc.
Please be advised that if you have had stitches to the perineal area following a gynaecological procedure you should change your sanitary pad every 2 hours. DO NOT wear a pad that has a plastic backing. This may cause the area to sweat which will increase the risk of infection. Wash the area with salt water and dry well following each pad change. Wear your SRC Sports shorts during the day only while your perineal stitches are healing. Once the area is fully healed you can wear them both day and night.
If using the SRC Sports Shorts as a follow on garment to SRC Recovery Shorts we recommend that you alternate between your garments once your upper abdominal muscles no longer require as much support and the swelling of the area has significantly reduced. Continue wearing your SRC Sports Shorts for all types of exercise thereafter.
Your SRC Sports Shorts should feel supportive without any feeling of restriction.
Wear both for as long as they provide comfort and support and continue wearing your SRC Sports Shorts when you return to regular exercise/sport. SRC Sports Shorts have been designed to allow you to comfortably return to exercise, all the while knowing that your pelvis, lower back and legs are supported.
It is important to note that your SRC Sports Shorts will perform best when washed every 3 days.
SRC Sports Shorts are designed to be worn over regular underwear.
note: this product is not to be worn at any stage during your pregnancy
